This side event will:
- Feature the launch of a Challenge Paper on Reversing Inequality and Exclusion.
- Present examples of successful policy initiatives taken by a number of countries and stakeholders to deal with rising inequality and exclusion.
- Highlight examples of international and national implementation and commitment, with a focus on innovative approaches, visions, models, and tools that member states have developed in line with their national circumstances and priorities.
- Deepen engagement on the Pathfinders’ grand challenge of inequality and exclusion and build support amongst member states and key stakeholders for the work on advancing social, political and economic inclusion and equality.
