Join this UNDP’s side-event at the World Justice Forum (WJF) in the Hague (The Netherlands). Online and in-person participation is possible.

UNDP's Justice Futures CoLab is a space to discuss and construct new approaches to tackling justice related issues at the local, regional and global levels. It offers a way of working that convenes a range of stakeholders, project implementers, researchers and policy influencers to explore, experiment and co-create solutions for today’s complex justice issues. UNDP’s Justice Futures CoLab will generate evidence and new knowledge and provide thought leadership in both policy and practice.

The Justice Futures CoLab is anchored within UNDPs Global Programme for Strengthening the Rule of Law, Human Rights, Justice and Security for Sustainable Peace and Development, which is implemented by the rule of law, security and human rights team. At the launch event on 3 June, we will also present Phase IV of the Global Programme.

To illustrate the work of the Justice Futures CoLab, we will spotlight our e-justice initiatives, one of our emerging areas of focus. Based on the case studies from Brazil, Pakistan and State of Palestine, we will discuss how technologies can help achieve concrete systems transformation, improve access to justice and sustainably increase human rights protection.
